How to make Mexican Candy (picapica style) aka DULCES ENCHILADOS!! 🌶🔥🌶🔥🌶🔥🌶🔥
We’re gonna make infused pica pica candy, aka dulces enchilados. My favorite is fruit gushers enchilados especially the sour ones! I first tried dulces enchilados in Vegas and was hooked ever since! But it pretty much doesn’t exist in Canada so I’ve had to experiment making my own and now I want to share with you guys how I do that and even better, infuse them!
INGREDIENTS:
Chamoy
Powdered Sugar
Infused Gummies or regular gummies
Tajin
Baby Lucas OR (citric acid, granulated sugar, and chilli)
For extra strong add 1 tsp of tincture to the chamoy/sugar mixture
