Micro dosing is defined by taking a sub perceptual dose of something, in this case it’s psychedelic magic mushrooms for the past few weeks. In this episode of WILF I talk about the different things that this experience has taught me so far, one of them being a major shift in behavior, thought, and feeling from one of a negative position to a positive position and feeling like I am on the same team as myself, I know it sounds wild.
